March 2008 Decoding Prophecy Speaker Mike Sady PO Box 698 Marianna, FL 32447
My dear sisters and brothers:
I send you my heartfelt greetings in the awesome and magnificent name of Jesus, the only name whereby a person can be saved. I am overdue to send you this letter, so here it is for what it’s worth.
News items to mention are these:
1/ Notice the change of address. My dear friends, Sharon and Dave Daley, are moving from Virginia to Indiana. They have been my mailing address for a long time, handling not only my mail, but Sharon is the one who produces and sends out the newsletters. I cannot thank them both enough for all that they have done and continue to do.
2/ To reach me by mail in the future use the above Florida address. Other dear friends, Jerry and Felecia Dorchuck, are taking over that responsibility for me. Felecia is also the person who is running my website: www.decodingprophecy.com. She is an expert in computer technology and God has blessed me with her friendship and willingness to serve. She and her husband Jerry have a thriving and demanding career running their own business, but yet they are willing to help me out in this way. The old saying is true, if you want something done well, ask a busy person to do it. So, thanks to Jerry and Felecia.
3/ If you have not yet done so yet, please send your e-mail address to Sharon Daley at PO Box 3, Pilot, VA 24138. She will continue to produce and send my newsletters for me. You can imagine the number of friends that are on the mailing list that grows every 2 months. I hold a new series every 2 months, around 5 per year. So, hundreds of new names are added to the mailing list annually. In order to continue to be able to send out my letters to everyone, we need to use e-mail for as many of as possible to save in postage expenses.
4/ Thanks for all the emails and letters of condolence over the death of my son. Your loving concern makes a bitter pill easier to swallow. My only comfort is to realize my son died in Christ and will arise on resurrection day. I long for that glorious event. I know you do as well. What could be more wonderful than to see Jesus face to face and our loved ones who died in Christ alive again? Nothing else compares- Amen!!!
5/ My wife's father passed away recently, another loss to deal with. Please pray for Susan and her entire family as they battle with the heartache of the death of a loved one. Nothing hurts as deeply as grief. But again our hope is in Jesus. Her father was a believer, in fact he taught in church schools and was a lay preacher, and will be alive again at the first resurrection. PTL!!!
6/ God has blessed me with 5 seminars this year. I just completed one in the Phoenix AZ area. The Lord was faithful as always and brought several precious souls into His church – the remnant church described so vividly in Revelation12:17 and 14:6-12. That is my reward, to see people hunger and thirst for God and His truth, and then respond to it by baptism. That is what keeps me going. The rest of my year lines up as follows: I open in Moultrie Georgia on 4-12, Huron SD on 7-10, Watertown SD on 9-4, and finally on 10-30 in El Paso Texas. Please continue to pray for me, that God will use me in a powerful way, to be His servant at such a time as this; to bring people from confusion, fear, and sin to life in Christ that brings a peace and contentment that defies understanding.
7/ Some of you have been have been sending offerings to "operation rescue" the alternate name for the "Decoding Prophecy" seminars that I conduct. Thank you for your generosity. But I must stress that you always first support your local church in tithes and offerings. That must come first. Then if you wish to contribute beyond that, your gifts are welcome. I never have nor do I ever receive any money from this offering. It goes to another servant of Jesus, Dari Jenkins, the treasurer of the Pulaski Virginia SDA church. She has added to her already full schedule of working for the county full time as a city planner, tending for her family, and running the finances of her church; the responsibility of managing the offerings for the Decoding Prophecy seminars. The funds that come in are for the cost of producing and mailing the newsletters, and flying roundtrip my singers into the location of the seminars I conduct. I have three musicians that I use, one weekend each. They are Mindi Lyons from Albuquerque NM, who by the way is pregnant and soon to deliver, Christa VanGemert from Hanford CA, and Josiah and Sarah Ruff also from Hanford - who just became proud parents of a healthy 8 1/2 pound baby boy on 02-22-08. Congratulations Ruffs'. Our prayers are with you and baby.
Well, I will end this newsletter on that positive "note" of the new arrival at the Ruff household. By the way Sarah is a trained and accomplished pianist who plays for Josiah at his concerts. I am sure they will find a way to have the baby as part of the ensemble as soon as he is able to sing and play. Also to keep in prayer about is the pregnancy of Mindi Lyons, my singer from Albuquerque. She suffered a horrible crisis when she had a miscarriage in 2006, but the Lord has been gracious and has given her another baby. Please, I again urge you to keep Mindi and her husband Shawn in your prayers, that this baby will go full term and will have a successful delivery and a healthy baby.
What strikes me as interesting is that this newsletter covered the deaths of my son and father-in -law, and ended with Mindi's pregnancy and the arrival of a new healthy baby to Josiah and Sarah. I did not consciously plan the letter to go that way. I just noticed it as I brought it to a close. The Lord gives and the Lord takes away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Amen.

February 2009
My dear sisters and brothers:
This new year of 2009 is proving especially challenging for this ministry. I have two of my five available crusades still unfilled and ask that you keep this ministry and myself in your prayers that the Lord will send two churches for me to help conduct an evangelism program. Both available crusades are for this spring/summer.
Thank you for your prayers! Praise the Lord!
